LOGOS retreat: Liberation

This six-day retreat is a journey into Liberation.

  • Do you long to live with greater ease, freedom, truth, and inner authority?
  • Do you feel called to embody the inner power that allows you to have a transformational effect on the world around you?
  • Are you ready to step more fully into your sacred responsibility?

During these six days, we will gather in Southern France, near the sacred hilltop of Montségur, where the last stronghold of the Cathars once stood. This land carries a rare depth, subtle intelligence, and palpable spiritual presence. Many experience this region as holding ancient streams of wisdom, devotion, and remembrance.

Throughout this retreat, we will explore liberation as something deeply embodied: the capacity to listen inwardly, to discern what is truly ours to carry, to release the burdens and responsibilities that no longer belong to us, and to move into greater alignment with our deeper task. We will listen to the wisdom of the body, the intelligence of the soul, the ancestral field, and the deeper currents of life that guide us toward truth and alignment.

Liberation asks something of us. It asks for presence, honesty, and courage. It also asks us to take up the sacred sword: the inner capacity to cut through illusion, loosen the patterns that bind us to helplessness, and move into spiritual agency. Anyone who wishes to bring about meaningful change in the world must, in some way, meet this inner sword and learn to stand upright with it, heart and will aligned.

This week is for those who feel called by that movement. For those who sense that freedom is not only about release, but also about responsibility. For those who are ready to listen more deeply, stand more truthfully, and allow their lives to become a clearer expression of what they are here to serve.

If you feel the call of the sacred sword, of deeper alignment, and of liberation lived through body, soul, and action, you are warmly welcome to join us.

Guiding principles of this week:

Day 1: Truth
We begin with honesty and presence. This day is about arriving in the body, mapping the inner landscape, and seeing clearly where life is flowing and where it is constrained. You will be invited to explore the patterns, loyalties, and protections that shape your current experience, and to open the retreat from a place of truth.

Day 2: Belonging & Support
Before freedom can deepen, the nervous system needs to feel support. This day explores the wider field that holds us: ancestors, guides, community, and the unseen structures of belonging that make transformation possible. We inquire into what support already exists, what has been forgotten, and how trust in a larger holding can be restored somatically, energetically, and relationally.

Day 3: The Heart
This day turns toward the heart: its protectors, its tenderness, its wisdom, and its mystery. Through heart-centered exploration, you are invited to sense what lives beneath defence, to enter the deeper chamber of the heart, and to listen for the intimate guidance that emerges there. The heart becomes not only a place of feeling, but a place of communion, orientation, and light.

Day 4: Power & Choice
Real freedom asks for spiritual agency. This day explores our sense of autonomy on multiple levels: body, energy, psyche, and expression. We take up the sacred sword and look at the places where personal power has become obscured or outsourced.  You will be invited to reconnect will, heart, and voice, and to discover what it means to act from alignment.

Day 5: Sacred responsibility
To walk a spiritual path is also to enter apprenticeship. This day explores the sacred relationship between devotion and discipline, surrender and discernment, learning and mastery. What are you truly saying yes to? What kind of responsibility belongs to you? And what will be your next step on the way to spiritual maturity?

Day 6: Embodied Liberation
The final day gathers all our experiences and brings them into a coherent path forward. Liberation becomes practical, embodied, and relational: how do I carry less, trust more, move with greater ease, and allow my life to become a vessel for what wants to come through me?

This is what we will work with in the retreat:

  • Silence and sound meditation
  • Individual and collective process work
  • Play, joy and movement
  • A healthy focus on the embodiment of our inner development
  • Trips and meditations in the area (caves, rivers, hills)
  • Transmissions and relational exercises
  • A well-kept frequency field
  • A safe and joyful containment by the team and each other
